The views of the rolling green hills at Barney Views Cottage are simply stunning. The endless green hills of the local dairy farm melt into the gorgeous mountains and blue sky.

This stunning outdoor firepit boasts views of Mt Maroon and the neighboring dairy farm. What more could you ask for! This space is such a joy for toasting marshmallows, bubbly in hand. I'll toast to that!

This charming country style bedroom has a super comfy double bed with luxurious Sheridan linen! Have a beautiful night sleep enjoying reverse-cycle air conditioning and block out curtains, then wake up to spectacular views!

Our main bedroom boasts a luxurious king sized bed with lovely Sheridan linen. This stunning room includes reverse-cycle air conditioning, two large windows with screens, block-out curtains, wardrobe, bedside tables and adorable brass rabbit lamps to add to the charm ✨

Birdwing butterfly vine
With 1.6 acres of gardens to explore you are bound to come across an abundance of wildlife during your stay! The butterflies love our gardens. We have recently started planting the Richmond Birdwing Butterfly vine on the grounds to attract the vulnerable Richmond Birdwing Butterfly to the property 🦋

Country kitchen
Our country oven is out of this world! It feels impossible to get a meal wrong in this gas oven which boasts 5 burners! The kitchen also includes dishwasher, microwave, full sized refrigerator wit freezer and all the utensils you should need for your stay 💖

This charming open plan living space consists of lounge, dining and kitchen. Picture the wood fire crackling away while cooking an amazing meal in our fantastic country oven. This room is filed with history, being it was the original classroom when the cottage was a school over 100 years ago! Additional comforts include; reverse-cycle air conditioning, wood-fire and ceiling fans!

If you need to wash your clothes, may as well be while you're enjoying the view of the rainforest garden, right? Our brand new country laundry includes washing machine, dryer, basin, ironing board and iron.
